Glen Powell, is that you?
The Twisters star looked almost unrecognizable on the set of his new show Chad Powers in Atlanta Aug. 21.
In the photos, Glen could be seen sporting a long hair style and blue Nike shirt, paired with yellow shorts. But the real change came with his nose, as the 34-year-old appeared to be wearing a prosthetic nose along with a very thin-looking mustache.
The Hulu series—which doesn't have a release date just yet—is based on Eli Manning's ESPN+ skit and sees Glen star as college football quarterback Russ Holliday, who gets kicked off his team due to bad behavior, but "disguises himself and walks onto a struggling Southern football team as the talented, affable Chad Powers," according to Deadline.
The show costars Steve Zahn, Toby Huss and Perry Mattfeld, while both Glen and Eli—along with Eli's brother Peyton Manning—serve as producers.
Glen even gave fans a sneak peek from the set, sharing the show's first Instagram post to his Stories Aug. 20 and adding, "GAME ON."
And the Set Up star is already getting into the football mindset, taking some time to joke around with the original Chad Powers himself.
"I don't know if I like you playing Chad Powers," Eli joked on The Eli Manning Show May 23. "Like, I'm Chad Powers."
And Glen was more than happy to comeback with his own dig, saying, "Yeah, Chad v Chad, man. Look, I'm not gonna try to outdo you, I'm really gonna try to honor your legacy, but this is what I do."
Glen added that he was making sure to study the former New York Giants' style—both as an actor and athlete—with Eli quipping, "All the interceptions, you just got ‘em down?"
The NFL star even poked some fun at Glen's famous football scene in Top Gun: Maverick, prompting Glen to reply, "We've been over this before, you've never throw a football covered in coconut oil."
But Eli definitely thinks he could have been a hit in the film, cracking, "I thought that's why they cast you as Chad, just cause we have similar bodies."
